At **EVELY**, we are committed to providing the best experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, you can request a refund under the following conditions. Please note that refunds will not be added to the in-app wallet but will be processed directly to the original payment method.

#### 1. **Eligibility for Refunds**
- **Food Orders:** Refund requests must be made within 30 minutes of receiving the order.
- **Medicine Orders:** Refund requests can be made within 24 hours if there is an issue.
- **Commercial Products:** Refund requests can be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

#### 2. **How to Request a Refund**
- To request a refund, please contact us at **contact@evelyapp.com** or through the live chat support feature within the app, providing your order number and a description of the issue.
- Your request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and we will inform you whether the refund request has been approved.

#### 3. **Refund Methods**
- Refunds will not be added to the in-app wallet. They will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

#### 4. **Exceptions**
- Refund requests made after the specified periods (30 minutes for food, 24 hours for medicine, 3 days for commercial products) will not be eligible.
- No refunds will be issued for services received as agreed upon unless there is a justified issue.
